Four behaviours. One familiar way to work.

What would you like to make easier?

Choose what your app does, then shape it around your day.

Put the app where the work happens

A QR code beside the freezer. An NFC tag on equipment. A saved link for your daily routine. Open the right tool when you need it, without searching through messages or installing an app.

A useful starting point. Room to make it yours.

Choose a template for your workflow or start with a blank app. Set up the fields, tasks, or habits you need, choose who can contribute, and activate it when you’re ready.

Keep the picture clear

Review records and progress in your workspace. Control who can view them, and export records as CSV when you need to work with your data elsewhere.

Your questions, before you start.

What are the four app behaviours?

Activity Log saves a new entry each time something happens. Quantity Tracker records stock movements and balances. Checklist tracks recurring task completion. Habit Tracker measures repeated progress toward a target. Choose the behaviour that matches what you want to track.

How is a checklist different from a habit tracker?

Use a checklist when a task needs to be completed for a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Use a habit tracker when you want to build progress toward a goal—for example, a check-in, a count, minutes, or another numeric target.

Do people need to download an app?

No. NuvoPage apps open in a phone or desktop browser. Your access settings determine who can contribute or view records; a contributor PIN may be required.

Do I need a QR code or NFC tag?

No. You can open or share the app’s regular link. QR codes and compatible NFC tags are optional ways to put that link beside the place or item you’re tracking.

Does scanning a barcode change my inventory?

No. Scanning identifies the product. You then choose the movement and confirm the quantity before stock changes. You can also enter the product manually.

Can I use checklists and habits with other people?

Yes. Choose a personal or shared setup. Shared routines can organize responsibilities by person, while personal routines keep the focus on one person’s tasks or habits.

Can I start from a template?

Yes. Templates include freezer inventory, cleaning and equipment logs, opening and closing checklists, and wellness or workday habits. You can also choose a blank app and one of the four behaviours.
