1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using NuvoPage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use NuvoPage for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
2. What NuvoPage provides
NuvoPage helps you create and publish pages and small websites, manage dynamic destinations, generate QR codes, configure compatible NFC and QR products, and receive customer submissions. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the service develops.
3. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly through the Nuvo Innovations website if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Nuvo Innovations permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve NuvoPage.
You are responsible for your published content, destinations, claims, offers, testimonials, forms, and handling of information submitted by your visitors. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, and you must comply with privacy, marketing, accessibility, consumer-protection, and other laws that apply to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use NuvoPage to publish or link to unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unsafe material. Do not impersonate others, collect information without appropriate notice or consent, distribute malware, evade security controls, interfere with the service, or use automated activity that creates unreasonable load.
We may suspend or remove accounts, pages, links, or cards that create risk, violate these terms, or are required to be restricted by law.
6. Public pages, links, QR codes, and NFC
Anything you publish is intended to be publicly accessible to anyone with its URL. Test destinations before printing or distributing QR codes or NFC products. Static QR codes cannot be changed after creation; dynamic destinations can be changed while the associated NuvoPage service remains available and active.
Physical products can be lost, copied, damaged, or scanned by unintended visitors. Keep optional claim PINs secure and confirm product details before distribution.
7. Customer submissions
Forms, surveys, feedback, contact requests, and bookings may collect personal information for you. You are responsible for using that information fairly, protecting access to it, responding to requests, and deleting or retaining it as required by law. NuvoPage does not guarantee that a submission is accurate or that a booking or message represents a genuine person.
8. Third-party services
NuvoPage may rely on third-party infrastructure and may link to websites such as Google Maps, social networks, review platforms, or other Nuvo products. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. We do not control third-party content or availability.
9. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to provide a reliable service, but NuvoPage is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, scan performance, search ranking, customer responses, or business results. You should keep copies of important content and records.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuvo Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from NuvoPage, third-party destinations, lost content, unauthorized access, or use of QR or NFC products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Ending use
You may stop using NuvoPage at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, or a material breach of these terms. Public destinations may stop working after unpublishing, archiving, suspension, or account closure.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as NuvoPage changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
