Getting started
What is NuvoPage?
NuvoPage helps you create pages, small websites, and apps for everyday work. Share them by link, QR code, or a compatible NFC card. You can also create editable links and use the free QR generator without an account.
Do I need an account to make a QR code?
No. You can use the free static QR generator without signing in. An account is required to create and manage pages, websites, Apps, editable links, responses, and claimed cards.
Can I use my NuvoPage without an NFC card?
Yes. Every published Page and Web has a URL you can share directly or place inside any QR code. Physical cards are optional.
Do visitors need a NuvoPage account?
Visitors can open published pages and websites and submit enabled forms without a NuvoPage account. Apps have separate settings for contributing and viewing records, and may require a PIN. Leaving a review on another platform follows that platform’s sign-in requirements. Owners need a NuvoPage account to create content and manage responses.
Can I choose my own public URL?
NuvoPage currently assigns a random public address to your page or website. You can customize its displayed title and website navigation labels, but the editor does not offer a custom public slug.
Can I try NuvoPage before creating an account?
Yes. Use the free QR generator without signing in, or explore the sample websites and Apps on the marketing pages. Create an account when you’re ready to make and manage your own content.
Pages & websites
What is the difference between My Pages and My Webs?
A page has one clear purpose, such as bookings, contact details, or an event agenda. Create and publish your pages first. In My Web, select 2 to 12 published pages, put an Introduction page first, and arrange the rest under shared navigation. Each page can still be shared on its own.
What can I create as a Page?
Choose from 21 page types: Introduction, Social Profiles, Collection, Image Gallery, Visual Demo, Step-by-Step Demo, Highlights & Features, Charts, Data Table, Offer, Testimonials, Article, Quote, Timeline & Steps, Events, FAQ, Booking, Order, Contact Us, Survey & Form, and Feedback.
Can I schedule daily posts or articles?
Yes. My Articles lets workspace owners organize reusable content into collections such as Daily Devotions, Sermons, Lessons, or News. An Article page can show one permanent article or use Daily Posts mode to publish ready articles automatically by date in the workspace timezone. You can keep an ended post in the archive or hide it after its display end date. Drafts always remain private.
How much content can I add to each Page?
NuvoPage sets practical limits to keep editors and public pages fast and reliable: 50 events per Events page, 30 products per Order, 20 services per Booking, 30 Gallery images, 6 charts with up to 12 data points each, 8 columns and 50 rows per Data Table, 40 FAQ questions, 30 Survey fields, 24 Collection items, 24 Testimonials, 20 Timeline steps, 18 Highlights, and 8 Offer benefits. An Introduction supports up to three key points and three images, and a Web can combine up to 12 Pages.
What if I have more than 30 products?
You can organize a larger catalogue into multiple Order pages—for example, Food and Drinks—and add both pages to the same Web. Each Order page has its own order form and cart, so customers place orders from one category page at a time. Choose clear navigation labels so visitors can find the right products quickly.
What if I need more advanced product or booking features?
NuvoPage is designed for fast, focused product lists and appointment pages. If your business needs more advanced product or booking capabilities, explore Kepogo for broader commerce and service workflows. Explore Kepogo.
Do I need to write code to create a page or website?
No. Choose a page type, add your content, and adjust the layout and appearance in the editor. Preview your work, then publish it when you’re ready.
What happens when I edit a page used in a website?
After you save changes to a published page, NuvoPage checks for published websites that use it and offers to update them. Choose the websites to update, or do it later from My Web. Until you confirm the update, those websites keep their previously published version.
Can I embed a Visual Demo on another website?
Yes. Publish your Visual Demo, then copy its embed code into a website that supports HTML embeds. The demo keeps its interactive points of interest. Include the supplied resize script so the embed can adjust its height.
QR codes, editable links & review cards
What is an editable link?
An editable link is a NuvoPage URL that redirects to a destination you control. You can change that destination later while keeping the same shared link or QR code.
How is a static QR code different?
A static QR code stores a fixed value, such as a website URL, inside the image. That value cannot be replaced after printing. If it contains an editable NuvoPage link, you can still change where that link leads. The free generator creates static QR codes directly in your browser.
How do NuvoPage NFC and QR cards work?
A seller prepares a claimable card with its own permanent address. The buyer scans it, signs in or creates an account, claims it—using a PIN when required—and chooses what the card should open.
Can I update a card after customers receive it?
Yes. The link behind a claimed card is editable, so its owner can update the review link, page, website, or other destination from My Cards.
How does Feedback work?
A Feedback page or review card can collect a private rating and comments. When a public review link is configured, it is available to every customer, regardless of their rating or whether they submit private feedback. Businesses can organize private responses as New, Contacted, Resolved, or Closed.
Can I download a QR code for printing?
Yes. The free QR generator offers PNG and SVG downloads. SVG stays sharp when resized. Keep the code clear of surrounding artwork and test the printed version with a phone before producing a full batch.
Does creating an account include a physical review card?
No. Creating an account does not order a physical card. If you have a claimable NuvoPage card, scan it and follow the setup steps to connect it to your account.
Apps & everyday work
What are the four app behaviours?
Activity Log adds a new record each time something happens. Quantity Tracker records stock movements and balances. Checklist tracks tasks completed for a recurring period. Habit Tracker records progress toward a repeated goal.
Should I choose Checklist or Habit Tracker?
Choose Checklist when a task needs to be done for a day, week, or month, such as opening a shop. Choose Habit Tracker when you want to record check-ins, counts, minutes, or other progress toward a target.
Do people need to install an app?
No. NuvoPage Apps open in a browser on a phone or computer. Share a regular link, or use a QR code or compatible NFC tag to make it easy to open the app where the task happens.
How does barcode inventory work in Apps?
Scanning a product barcode only searches the workspace catalogue—it never changes inventory by itself. If the barcode is new, enter the product name and unit once, choose Store, confirm the quantity, and optionally add an expiry date, location, or notes. Future scans recognize that product automatically. Store creates a new batch and adds stock. Consume subtracts the confirmed quantity from an available batch; when several batches exist, you can choose one, with the earliest expiry suggested first. NuvoPage prevents consuming more than the selected batch contains. Consuming does not delete the product or its history: it records a negative movement, and a batch becomes Used up when its balance reaches zero. Product recognition is shared across the workspace, while each inventory app keeps its own batches and quantities.
How do reminders work in Apps?
The workspace owner can add up to three daily, weekly, or monthly reminders to each App, plus one reminder based on a Date, Date & Time, or inventory expiry date. Record reminders work by calendar date, and all schedules use the workspace timezone selected in Settings. NuvoPage checks due reminders once daily and whenever the owner opens the App. It sends due reminders through in-app notifications, without asking the owner to choose an exact delivery time. Email is also queued when the workspace has email notifications and the owner has enabled the Apps category.
Responses & account settings
Where do form responses appear?
Contact messages, survey responses, feedback, and bookings appear in the account dashboard. The Activity section provides direct access to each response type.
Which activities create notifications?
NuvoPage creates in-app notifications for new orders, bookings, contact messages, private feedback, survey or form responses, scan-to-record app entries, and App reminders. It also notifies workspace owners about staff and transfer activity. One- and two-star private feedback is highlighted so it is easier to follow up quickly. Routine page views, QR scans, and draft saves do not create individual alerts.
Can I receive NuvoPage notifications by email?
In-app notifications are included with every account. Configurable email notifications are available on paid plans, with separate choices for orders, bookings, messages, feedback, surveys, Apps and reminders, and account activity. Essential account and security emails are not affected by this setting.
Does NuvoPage show advertisements on public pages?
Published Pages and Webs do not show promotions below the NuvoPage attribution. Clearly labelled Nuvo product promotions may appear in the signed-in dashboard and free QR generator.
