Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information NuvoPage handles, why it is used, and the choices available to account owners and visitors.

Effective September 4, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to NuvoPage account owners, people visiting published NuvoPage content, and people submitting contact forms, surveys, feedback, or bookings. NuvoPage is a product of Nuvo Innovations.

2. Information we collect

Account and workspace information

We process information such as your email address, display name, authentication records, role, workspace membership, and account identifiers.

Content you create

We store the pages, links, destinations, web settings, themes, card configurations, business details, and other content you choose to save or publish.

Visitor submissions

Depending on the form configured by an account owner, visitors may submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, ratings, feedback reasons, survey answers, booking selections, dates, times, and notes.

Scan and service information

For dynamic links and compatible cards, NuvoPage records aggregate scan counts and the time of the most recent scan. We also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver web requests, maintain security, and diagnose service problems.

3. Static QR generator

Content entered into the free static QR generator is processed in your browser to create the QR image. NuvoPage does not require an account or save that QR content to its database. Your browser may temporarily remember interface choices, such as a rotating example URL or promotion position.

4. How we use information

  • Provide authentication, workspaces, publishing, redirects, forms, bookings, feedback, surveys, and card claiming.
  • Display content that an account owner chooses to publish.
  • Deliver visitor submissions to the relevant account owner.
  • Count scans, maintain destination history, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and protect the service.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and improve NuvoPage and comply with legal obligations.

5. Who can see information

Published pages and webs are public. Account content and visitor submissions are available to authorized members of the associated workspace, subject to NuvoPage access controls. If you submit a form, the owner of that page receives the information you provide and is independently responsible for how they use it.

We may share information with infrastructure and service providers that help operate NuvoPage, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, Nuvo Innovations, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and browser storage

NuvoPage uses cookies needed to keep signed-in users authenticated and maintain secure sessions. Limited local or session storage may be used for interface state, such as promotion rotation and temporary generator preferences. NuvoPage currently does not use these browser-storage items for cross-site advertising.

7. Promotions and external links

NuvoPage may display clearly labelled promotions for Nuvo Innovations products. Selecting one opens the relevant product website. Published pages may also link to third-party websites chosen by an account owner. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and account status.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Account owners should restrict access to their workspace and avoid collecting information they do not need.

9. Your choices and rights

Account owners can edit, unpublish, pause, or archive many items from their dashboard. Visitors can choose not to submit optional form fields. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing.

For information submitted to a customer’s NuvoPage, contact that page owner first because they decide why the information is collected. For NuvoPage account or platform privacy questions, contact Nuvo Innovations.

10. Children

NuvoPage is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to use an online service in their location. Account owners must not knowingly use NuvoPage to collect children’s personal information without the permissions required by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through Nuvo Innovations.
