Extra signage devices on paid plans: CAD 30/year per device, billed on the same cycle as your plan. Hardware is not included. Yearly billing saves CAD 12 per extra device compared with 12 monthly payments.
Your page views and QR scans share one monthly traffic allowance per workspace. Links and published content stay available when it is used up. Free includes 100 page views and QR scans each month.
Review Cards, NFC stickers and NFC + QR stickers belong to the same product family and follow the same badge and advertisement rules. NFC-only stickers have no printed QR code.
NuvoPage badge and attribution
Branding means the “Powered by NuvoPage” badge while a link opens, or NuvoPage attribution on a published page, website or app. Advertisements are separate promotional content.
Free and Starter keep the badge and attribution. Launch and Business can hide the badge on Review Cards and NFC stickers at any traffic level. For ordinary links and published pages, websites and apps, branding removal applies within the monthly traffic allowance; branding returns at the limit and your saved preference resumes when the allowance resets.
Links open automatically as soon as the destination is ready.
Advertisements after your allowance
Review Cards and NFC stickers never show advertisements, on any plan. Other public links, pages, websites and apps have no advertisements within their allowance. After the allowance is used, Free and Starter show advertisements on that other public content. Launch and Business remain advertisement-free.
Visitors never need to click an advertisement to continue.

How do I start a paid plan?
Already have a subscription voucher? Open Subscription from your account menu and enter your code. Your plan starts when you redeem it. Online checkout is coming later.

A booking, order, form response, feedback submission, or new app entry counts as an interaction. Each plan gives you a monthly number to work with, and you can check your usage in Subscription.
Will my links keep working if I reach my monthly tracking limit?
Yes. Your pages and links stay available. Review Cards and NFC stickers never show advertisements. Free and Starter always show the Card or sticker badge; Launch and Business can hide it at any traffic level. Other public content displays advertisements on Free and Starter after the monthly traffic allowance is used. Launch and Business remain advertisement-free on valid published content, including custom domains; for other public content, a small NuvoPage attribution returns until the allowance resets or an upgrade provides more room. Recording new page views and QR scans pauses during this time. Customer responses have a separate monthly limit; new submissions pause when that limit is reached.
How are emails counted?
Business notification emails go only to the workspace owner. Each digest uses one email from your workspace’s allowance. Staff receive in-app notifications. Digests, app reminders, and Business file-delivery emails share this allowance. Each recipient counts as one email. When it is used up, new activity stays in-app without an email backlog. Password resets and verification emails are separate.

What happens when my paid plan ends?
Your account returns to Free and your existing content stays available. Renew whenever you need more room to publish, add apps, upload images, or invite teammates.
