Send a deletion request
Email hello@nuvopage.com with the subject NuvoPage account deletion request. Send it from the email address registered to your account when possible. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us so we can help verify ownership.
Do not send your password, screen PIN, recovery code, or payment-card details. Opening the email link does not send a request until you send the email.
What your request covers
An account-deletion request covers your NuvoPage sign-in account, profile, and associated personal data. If you own a workspace, tell us whether you want its content deleted too or need help transferring it first. This can include pages, websites, links, uploaded media, Apps, Signage configurations, and customer submissions. Deleting an owner’s workspace affects staff access and published content.
If you are a staff member, requesting deletion of your own account does not authorize deletion of another person’s workspace or their business records. We verify ownership and confirm the scope before taking irreversible action.
After you send your request
Nuvo Innovations, the provider of NuvoPage, will review your request and contact you to verify ownership and explain the deletion steps. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. We will explain any applicable retention and timing when responding to your request. Backup and delivery-cache copies may take additional time to expire.
Offline Signage devices and copies downloaded by other people may still contain previously downloaded content. Clear the app’s storage on devices you control before giving them to someone else. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting a screen does not delete your NuvoPage account.
Request deletion of specific information
You can also email us to request deletion of particular personal data without deleting your entire account. If you submitted information to a business through a NuvoPage form, contact that business first; it manages the submission.
